In addition, I was interested in “internal decisions”, for my part, it stand [s]for decisions made inside the company by management, in order to test my guess, I looked it up reference book, it happened exactly as my expected. In paragraph nine, in the first sentence, I didn’t understand why more and more companies celebrate differences from different backgrounds workers, however, after I read the Hearst Corporation’s example ,I knew different employee have[had] different talent and perspectives so that the company sent flowers to their spouse, as we know, it was a recognition and praise. |
