| 释义 | Work Work Work When I read the paragraph 4, the first sentence of this paragraph stopped me, I think that the “valued part of the whole” means that how much contribution does the employees did for the companies, and whether the employees is an important part in company’s future develop. In my opinion everybody wants to be a hero in nowadays, so it’s reasonable for today’s works ()want to be a valued of the whole. There is a example in paragraph 5, Compaq Computers has an unusually low turnover rate among its employees. I think the low turnover is a main reason for this company to achieve big results quickly. Firstly the “turnover” means the rate at which works are replaced, so the low turnover means efficiently, there needn’t spend much time to seek and trade employees. In my opinion, low turnover depend the culture of the company, because in many companies an atmosphere of constant push would inspire people to seek employment with less pressure somewhere else, so keep the employees work in a relax environment can reduce turnover and also can improve the efficiency. The manager should find the balance in employees’ work. In today’ social, people seek job are not just by salary, the couture of company also is a important level, that’s my idea about this two paragraphs. |
