From the following sentence I get three points. First, works work meaningful. Second, workers work benefit to social [society] and themselves. Third, work works as an individual. The ethical company refers two keys. One is responsible foe [for] the society. Another is responsible for the environment. Companies are beginning to change attitudes and conditions in the workplace to make employees take responsibilities and [get] reward appropriately. Mindless repetitive tasks will destroy employee’s motivation and productivity. For this question the researchers have found ways to solve. Mental changelings [challenges] can relate to job satisfaction. So the most important thing is to balance the level of work changeling and employee’s ability. It’s important for workers to choice [choose]a suitable work as we set a suitable goal, not too little challenge [challenging]or too much challenge[challenging], and then we will catch it with our work, after we enjoy the success or achievement, we will be more confident to do the rest work. There are a lot of beautiful sentences which were worth reciting. At the same time, I have read the book which matched with our lessons, I found some useful expressions. Today, the society is large different from ago. All people have their own authority responsibility and opinion. Nobody is willing to do anything what against their willing [willingness]. And lots of people want to contribute for [to] the society. So company must pay attention [to] it which want be good. |
