The “authoritarian” means “demanding total obedience and refusing to allow people freedom to act as they wish”, and the meaning of the “dehumanize” is “to remove from a person the special human qualities of independent thought, feeling for other people, etc”. There is a question for me in the third sentence---contribute. I know in this sentence the “contribute” is the same to the “know”, but I could not understand the “contribute how their work is effective.” In the second sentence, the only one question for is that “organizations can help make work more meaningful”, in this sentence the “help” and “make” are verb. But in one sentence we only need a verb, so I guess maybe “help” is none, maybe “make” is none, and I don’t know which is true. About the third paragraph, the chief problem for me is the new words. For example, the “repetitive”, I know the “repetition”, I guess the meaning of the “repetitive” is close relate to the “repetition”.
