They can publish their opinion and make company have vigor only. Then they will complete their task and contributions for company. Now the company struggle to balance the requirements of their job and the needs of their family. Let’s see the example, the company will send flowers and small gift (gifts)to the employee’s spouse which the employee do the really special contributions for company. That’s connecting the worlds of home life and work experience. |
