It's not often you come across an album that is fun from start to finish. This is one of those albums. A solid blend of Eastern themes and Western beats. Can't find one song Idon't like. Vocals are solid, with good partnerships with guests. I don't know who Helena is, but her voice is haunting. For the Bollywood fans out there, "Boro Boro" appeared in the film "Bluffmaster." "Music is my Language" leans a little heavy on the club beats and the message is a little heavy handed but you will warm to it. "Temptation" is, I think, based on a song I've heard Khaled & Alabina do, "Habibi ya nour el ein" which Arash updates, adds new lyrics and an awesome arrangement. This is absolutely addictive music. I can't wait to blast this out my car windows as I drive around the city. I wish this young artist great success. |
