He wants to tell us that emphasizing individual responsibilities for results and high respect for individuals could motivate the workers to perform well. But one of my teachers says that don't think that everyone don't judge things by money. In my opinion, material comfort is also very important no matter now and before. Money can always be important motivating tool to all employees. |
