现为西安电子科技大学通信与信息系统学科副教授，硕士生导师。综合业务网国家重点实验室（ISN）的专职研究人员, 香港科技大学访问学者。

科研经历

主持国家自然科学基金项目“片上网络高性能互连技术的研究”，国家重点实验室专项基金“片上网络光互连技术的研究”，中兴通讯公司合作项目“传输设备使用CLOS矩阵的调度算法研究”，作为项目主要完成人先后承担过多项科研任务，包括九五国防预研项目“区域机动通信网用户接入设备的研究”，“高性能以太网交换机的研究”项目(成果已交付委托单位，并进行了小批量生产),“大容量可变长分组交换网络结构的研究”，“T比特级路由器交换网络关键技术研究”等项目的研究工作，对互连网络有深入的研究，先后发表过学术论文40余篇，其中第一作者SCI检索6篇、EI检索18篇。积极参加国际学术交流活动，目前担任多家国际著名期刊（均为SCI源刊）以及国际会议的评审工作。
