出生并成长于波士顿，通过自制专辑《Just My Way》首次崭露头角，并在纽约大学学习音乐。他所诠释的R&B音乐，有着他自己独到领悟，作曲基于亚洲人的情感表达与R&B的真切结合。于韩国开始他的歌手生涯。他的优势是极具特色的声线，给人以难以忘怀的温柔和优美听觉。

Eddie才华横溢，是年轻的词曲创作型歌手。他有着平稳美妙的磁性般声线。不仅自己创作词曲，也曾为Wheesung辉星，Soulstar等等韩国歌手写过歌。他自制的专辑和单曲一经发片，就给到了业界的好评。

初次登台后，他决定离开了韩国一段时间，继续完成纽约大学的专业课程(the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music founded by Clive Davis who is a legend in the American Music Industry.)。2009年，他以单曲《Over》回归舞台。(同样是由他自己创作的一张)

보스턴에서 태어나 자라난 Eddie는 19세에 본인이 프로듀싱한 1집 앨범 `Just My Way`를 통해 그 재능을 인정받았으며, 현재 NYU에서 녹음음악을 전공하고 있는 재원이다. 정통 R&B를 기반으로 한 작법과 한국 활동을 통해 익힌 Asian 정서를 통해 독특한 Identity를 지닌 R&B음악을 시도하며, 독특한 미성의 울림을 지닌 보컬톤이 강점이다.

Eddie Shin,born and raised in Boston,earned his wings via his self-produced 1st ablum"Just My Way" and is doing Record Music in NYU.He tried R&B music with an unique identity through his composition method bassed on authentic R&B and the Asian sentiment he got by his musical career in Korea.His strength is his distinctive vocal tone with sweet voice.

Eddie is a young talented singer, songwritter and composer. He has a smooth and beautiful voice and he's also the lyricist and composer of his own songs and has also written songs for Wheesung and Soulstar. His album and singles recieved positive reviews when released.

After debuting, he had to take some time off to finish his studies in New York University at the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music founded by Clive Davis who is a legend in the American Music Industry. In 2009, he made a comeback with his digital single 'Over' (also written and composed by him).
