英国《书商》（The Bookseller）杂志近日启动了2007年度“最古怪书名奖”（The Diagram Prize）的评选活动。据了解，该杂志在其主页(www.thebookseller.com)上开辟了投票区，列出获得出版商、书商和图书管理员提名的6本非小说类英文书籍书名。最终结果将于3月28日公布。

这6本书的名字依次为《俾格米恋爱女王折磨我》（I Was Tortured by the Pygmy Love Queen），《怎样写一本写作指南》（How to Write a How to Write Book），《女人是人吗?及其他国际对话》（Are Women Human? And Other International Dialogues），《奶酪问题已解决》（Cheese Problems Solved），《终止恋爱关系，请从双腿开始》（If You Want Closure in Your Relationship, Start With Your Legs）和《（英国）绍森德等地人物志:从卡努特国王到好感觉医生》（People who Mattered in Southend and Beyond: From King Canute to Doctor Feelgood）。

据悉，今年是《书商》“最古怪书名奖”创立30周年纪念。去年得主为《美国东北部迷失的购物车:现场鉴别指南》（The Stray Shopping Carts of Eastern North America: A Guide to Field Identification）。
