| 释义 | 个人简介钟婉娟，贵州水城人，毕业于澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学，获博士学位，所学专业为教育管理，博士论文研究方向为女校长领导行为研究，研究兴趣为校长领导力、学校管理及社会性别研究。1996年本科毕业后，在贵阳市第四中学担任英语教学及班主任工作。2002年考入北京师范大学攻读教育硕士学位，2004年9月考入北京师范大学攻读教育经济与管理专业博士研究生，2005年11月获得澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学奖学金资助赴澳攻读教育管理专业博士学位。2009年8月获得昆士兰科技大学博士学位，同年在该校教育学院工作，主要负责江苏澳大利亚教育中心教师培训项目的研究与管理。2010年8月回国，受聘于西南大学教育学院担任教育经济与管理专业教学及科研工作。 科研成果（1）Zhong, W & Ehrich, L (2010) An exploration of leadership used by two female principals in Mainland China.
