中国财税教育协会是经原国家税务总局领导和财税教育界专家学者2005年发起成立的跨地区、跨部门、跨行业、跨所有制的非盈利性社团组织。

中国财税教育协会的宗旨是：以马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚；联合全体会员，进行财税理论与应用技术的研究，开展财税政策宣传与教育工作，加强我国财税行政机关、企事业单位的业务知识培训，为我国社会主义经济建设服务。

协会下设办公室（人事部）、培训部、会员部、外联部、盛创兴龙管理咨询有限公司、北京锦程中天文化发展中心等机构。
