作者简介

王波，正师，大校，男，汉族，1945年9月生，河北涉县人。1968年毕业于中国政法大学法律系，曾任职总后勤部保卫部干事，总后勤部军事法院法官，中央军委办公厅秘书局秘书，中央军委法制局3组组长，《中国军法》杂志主编，总后司令部研究室副主任，洪学智将军回忆录组、传记组组长，中国法学会会员。?

作品有长篇小说《女秘书去毛家湾》、《爱神与邪魔》、《将军沉浮录》，长篇报告文学《彭德怀入朝作战纪实》，中篇《越狱大王》、《机遇、事业、“壮丁”》，短篇小说《开屏市长》，侦破小说《邪恶之梦》以及洪学智《抗美援朝战争回忆》一书主笔等。主要从事长篇小说以及纪实文学作品的创作，同时从事军事、军史、战争决策的研究。
