2001－2006 瑞士Friedrich Miecher生物医学研究所 （FMI） 研究组组长；

2006年起 清华大学教授、博导、“百人计划”引进人才；

2010年12月起任同济大学生命科学与技术学院院长、医学与生命科学部副主任（兼）。

主要研究方向　表观遗传调控的分子机制与功能　干细胞分化与癌症形成的表观遗传调控网络。
