释义 | 全祖赐,男,工科博士,讲师。2010年6月毕业于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院,获得材料物理与化学专业博士学位,现为江西省南昌大学理学院物理系应用物理教研室教师。讲授研究生的《固体光谱学》课程、本科生的《半导体技术》和《大学物理》课程。主要研究兴趣包括功能材料的制备、微结构、表面与界面、光学、电学和磁学性能及其图形化、阵列化和微纳光电子器件化研究。2008年12月荣获“湖北省第六届优秀硕士论文奖”。主持并完成武汉大学博士研究生创新自主研究项目一项(项目编号为20082020201000009),参与国家课题3项,省级课题2项。在Journal of Applied Physics、Thin Solid Films、Applied Surface Science和Microelectronic Engineering等杂志上发表SCI论文12篇,其中第一署名7篇。主要SCI论文的列表如下: 2 Zuci Quan, Wei Liu, Shishang Guo, Sheng Xu, Huiming Huang, Bobby Sebo, Guojia Fang, Meiya Li, and Xingzhong Zhao.
