陈光宇,高级工程师。湖南长沙人。1944年毕业于重庆兵工大学兵器制造系。建国后,历任中国白城兵器试验中心弹道研究试验所主任工程师试验技术研究所总工程师、高级工程师,中国兵工学会弹道学会第一届副主任。1979年加入中国共产党。对常规兵器弹道学的研究较深。1986年被国防科工委追授为“献身国防科技事业的模范”。

陈光宇 男,1928年11月出生,湖北崇阳人。高级讲师。1965年毕业于武汉师范学院中文系。现任湖北省崇阳县中等师范学校中文函授辅导教师。兼咸宁教育学院高师函授《古汉语》课讲师及湖北大学成人教育学院高师函授中文专业辅导教师。主要贡献:一生主要从事语文教学和研究工作。1980年被评为崇阳县先进工作者,1983年被评为咸宁地区优秀函授教师,1985年获县委和县人民政府颁发的光荣从事教育工作32年的荣誉证书,1987年被湖北大学评为优秀函授辅导教师,1989年获湖北大学从事高师函授教育十年的荣誉证书。编著有《诗经概述》、《中国古代神话概述》、《先秦诸子散文概述》、《先秦历史散文概述》、《古汉语讲义》等;论文有《论蒲松龄和聊斋志异》、《论文章憎命达》等。

主要业绩

国家公益性行业(农业)科研项目首席专家,为国内芦笋产业化和研究方面的领头人,从国外引进了第一批芦笋种质资源,培育了中国第一个具有自主知识产权的芦笋品种“井冈701”和第一个四倍体紫色芦笋新品种“井冈红”,主持制定了中国三个芦笋行业标准;进行了芦笋抗癌物质提取和降血压降血脂物质的研究,主持实施“风沙化土地的治理和芦笋产业化”五年,将生态和经济效益紧密结合,培育了非常耐盐碱的芦笋品种,可以在盐碱地种植。2013年世界芦笋大会(第十三届)首次在中国召开,任大会主席。

1997年建立了全国第一个部级肉类质检中心,获得国家授权成立“绿色食品产品质量定点监测中心”,担任主任;发明并建立了“基因转移的能量理论”,已被国际同行认可并于1999年被美国Biored生物工程技术公司开发成为产品推向国际市场,2002年作为基本原理被编入美国生物技术专业教科书;发明了电脑速记及软件,已获得国家发明专利,现被上海大学等院校列入课程;主持完成了上海市高新技术重大项目“上海农业生物基因中心”筹建;主持完成了国家级“井冈山国家农业科技园”的总体规划,2004年通过国家科技部专家评审,被评价为建立了一种新的现代农业模式;获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、三等奖1项;省科技进步二等奖1项;省科技发明三等奖1项。1992年获得国务院特殊津贴专家称号,2001年被评为省学科带头人。

科研项目

我们实验室长期以来从事分子生物学、化学生物学的研究工作。近年来的研究工作主要集中在

(1)多胺(Polyamines)以及eIF5A 蛋白因子的生物功能。(2)筛选具抗癌,消炎,抗肥肿或抗

衰老活性之天然物及小分子化合物。(3)白藜芦醇衍生物合成及生理活性。

主要科研项目如下:

1.多胺及eIF5A 计划:多胺的新陈代谢控制在生物体极为重要,多胺功能复杂,其调控失误是

许多病理主因。多胺在生物体中最重要功能之一是修饰eIF5A。eIF5A 为生物界唯一含有非常氨

基酸 hypusine 之蛋白质。它存在于所有真核细胞及古老细菌之中。eIF5A 上之hypusine 是经由

DS (deoxyhypusine synthase) 蛋白酶以多胺中的精胺(spermidine)加以修饰。移除eIF5A 或抑制

其修饰会导至细胞生长停止及凋亡。本小组是最早发现eIF5A 之实验室之一,也是首先完成纯

化及克隆DS 蛋白酶工作的实验室。目前我们以不同生物模型来研究eIF5A 功能及其作用机理。

2.筛选计划:我们利用各种细胞测定方法(cell-based assays),基因表达测定方法(gene

expression profiling)及生物信息库资料(bioinformatics)来发展高通量筛选流程,进行天然物及

合成化合物库的筛选以便迅速辨识具有生物活性(包括抗癌,消炎,抗肥肿,或抗衰老)的小

分子化合物。

3.白藜芦醇计划:以白藜芦醇为先导化合物,我们得到高活性的抗肿瘤化合物,目前研究其

与线粒体的可能关系及其在细胞凋亡及肿瘤细胞的诱导分化之作用机理。

4。细胞老化机理研究计划:我们利用人体细胞研究NF-Y 转录因子及多胺同eIF5A 对控制细胞

老化的影响。

5。肿瘤细胞分化机理研究:特别着重研究多胺在神经节肿瘤细胞分化过程的作用,并研究多

胺衍生化合物对肿瘤细胞分化的影响。

主要学术成就

1. 我们实验室是最早发现eIF5A 的两个实验室之一,是第一个发现NAD+ 在eIF5A 修饰的关键

功能。此发现促成我们成为最先纯化并且克隆DS 蛋白酶的实验室。我们也是第一个发现

eIF5A 可以与RNA 结合的实验室。我们最近成功的证明eIF5A 在细胞体内与活化的核糖体

结合,是探讨eIF5A 功能的一大突破。我们的eIF5A 研究连续为NIH 及美国癌症学会(ACS)

支持达20 多年。

2. 发现NF-Y 转录因子与细胞老化有密切关系。我们实验室在eIF5A 及细胞老化的工作促成本

人被选为AAAS Fellow。

3. 首先发现红茶素多酚抑制COX2 酶,具有抗癌及消炎作用。并且开发了数项高通量筛选技

术可以寻找具抗肿瘤,抗炎活性的小分子化合物。拥有三项美国国家专利局的专利。由罗

格斯大学衍生的生技公司WellGen 取得使用权。

4. 我们实验室迄今毕业有17 位博士,20 位硕士,并训练了15 位後博士。实验室历年的成员

来自世界各地,包括中国(含台湾、香港)、美国、日本、韩国、印度、德国、俄罗斯、

巴基斯坦、哥斯达黎加等国家。
