金平实 (Minoru KANEHIRA)，中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工业陶瓷研究中心主任。1955年生于中国四川省。

1981年毕业于西北轻工业学院。1986年国家教委公派留日，1992年获日本名古屋工业大学电及计算机工程学博士，同年进入日本通产省工业技术院(AIST)任主任研究官，1998年任终身教授级主任研究官。曾兼任瑞典林雪平大学物理系客座研究员，日本爱知工业大学研究生院客座教授，中科院广州能源研究所特聘首席科学家等。先后发表各类论文170余篇，著书3部，申请国外专利33项，获授权11项，受邀国际学术会议报告十余次。2009年入选中组部千人计划特聘专家。

主要研究方向为节能环保有关薄膜与纳米材料。长期从事新型智能节能窗与贴膜的基础研究及应用。
