顾修全，1982年生于安徽金寨。2004年7月毕业于安徽师范大学物理系，获理学学士学位。同年考入浙江大学材料科学与工程系研究生，并于2006年3月提前攻读博士学位，进入浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室，研究方向为半导体薄膜材料与器件。2008年2月至2009年3月，在香港城市大学物理及材料科学系朱剑豪课题组从事纳米材料与纳米器件相关研究工作。近3年来以第一作者身份发表论文8篇，其中被SCI收录7篇，取得国家发明专利两项。
