材料:荞麦面 冷开水 胡萝卜丝 黄瓜丝 豆芽调料:盐 生抽 辣椒油 熟白芝麻 香醋 香油 糖 鸡精

做法:

1、事先将调料拌匀混合后冷藏1个小时左右

2、荞麦面随冷水入锅煮至没有硬芯(期间可酌情添次冷水)。捞出即刻放冷开水浸泡,5分钟左右之后捞出倒香油拌匀防止粘连

3、将胡萝卜丝,黄瓜丝,豆芽入开水锅中焯熟过冷开水,和荞麦面一起混合,再浇上冷藏后的调料,拌匀后即可。

煮熟后立刻入凉水中浸泡,可使面更加劲道。(最好用加了冰块的冷水)

调料请根据自己口味酌情增减

调料冷藏后再用,也是为了让面条吃起来冰凉爽快哈
