AYLC简介AYLC英文全称为Asian Young Leaders Convention，中文名为“亚洲学生领袖交流与座谈会”。“亚洲学生领袖交流与座谈会”于2008年由新加坡裕廊初级学院（Jurong Junior College)发起并举办，在新加坡教育部的大力支持下，已经成功举办了三届。2009、2010分别在中国浙江桐乡市求是中学、新加坡立化中学（River Valley High School）举行。每一届都成功地吸引了亚洲各个国家和地区的顶尖学府派队参与，逐渐成为亚洲学精英相互学习的交流平台。 AYLC2011由四川省温江中学与新加坡立化中学共同举办，规模空前，共吸引了1200名学生和教师参与，他们来自中国内地、台湾、澳门和新加坡、印度尼西亚、印度、马来西亚、越南、泰国、日本等10个亚洲国家和地区。作为一个国际性的教育交流盛会，此次活动为各国、各校师生搭建一个全面的品格教育国际交流与学习的平台。 AYLC2011在此次活动中，成都市人民政府副市长傅永林和国立新加坡艺术学院副院长叶敏盛两位嘉宾莅临现场，以“21世纪领导须具备的领导能力与素质”、“领导与品格”等主题，同与会学生分享他们对领袖素质与品格教育的独到见解。各国学生还围绕文化、品格拓展与领袖素质等课题，进行坦诚的交流与研讨，敞开胸怀享受学习的乐趣，学习如何磨合彼此在文化上的差异。 同期，与会者参与了3天2夜的“学生领袖培训与品格拓展活动营”，亲身体验立化中学特别设计的“领袖才能培训与品格拓展课程”。该课程以“修身、齐家、治国、平天下”的理论为框架，将领导能力与领导品格分成4个层次，通过各种以学生为主导的活动，通过丰富有效的“拂拭法”，为学生重现其被掩盖的“德”或价值观，进而唤起学生的感恩心、责任心，自律性与自勉性等引导其价值观，促使学生展现其“忠、诚、信、爱、礼、义、廉、耻”等道德行为。有效地提高学生的全面素质，达到育人的各项目标。这些理念既具有现代气息，更蕴含了传统精华，可以弥补现代家庭教育及学校教育的不足，有效提高学生的全面素质，达到育人的各项目标，最终创设一种积极向上、自律自强的和谐校园文化。据温江中学校长吕世年介绍，本次活动的宗旨是以学生为主体，让学生在具体的实践活动中提升综合素质和综合实践能力。活动主要由温江中学的学生组织和策划，特别是“学生领袖与品格拓展活动营”活动全程均由学生设计、组织、实施 。 吕世年说，温江中学拟将该活动延续下去，定期在温江举办，以此推进学校的素质教育以及国际交流，培养学生的创新精神、创新能力和实践能力，使学生成为适应当代社会发展需要，具有创新精神、创新思维、国际意识、国际交往能力、国际竞争能力的优秀人才。 AYLC核心思想（3AGV）3A1.
