个人简介

博士,男,1966年生,湖北黄梅人。现为华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师,副院长,资源生物学与生物技术研究所所长,全国高校生物科学与工程教指委委员,教育部骨干教师,国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家,中科院西南岩溶生态重建与西部开发咨询专家,国土资源部岩溶动力学开放实验室生物岩溶与生态重建研究室负责人,湖北省首届新世纪高层次人才工程人选,湖北省政府专家,湖北省植物学会常务理事。先后承担了国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目、国家八五及九五攻关项目、863项目以及教育部基金和湖北省攻关项目。同时承担了多项成果转化和企业科技攻关项目。近年来,先后发表学术论文90余篇,部分被SCI、EI收录,出版著作4部。曾荣获科技部科技攻关重大成果奖一项,省部级教学成果奖三项。申请国家发明专利八项,已批准1项。多项科技成果在企业进行了转化并实现了产业化,产生了较大社会经济效益。目前,主要研究方向为资源生物学与生物技术,即通过重要生物资源的系统基础研究实现其在医药、生物化工及环境生态领域的应用。

2、2003年,入选湖北省首届新世纪高层次人才的第二层次;

3、2004年,主持的“生命科学与技术人才培养实验教学新体系及探究式教学方法研究与实践”获湖北省教学成果一等奖(排名第一);

4、2005年,指导的博士生论文获校优秀博士论文奖;

5、2006年,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才;主持的项目“紫杉醇生物合成代谢调控的分子机理研究”获湖北省自然科学三等奖(排名第一);

6、2006年,指导的博士生论文获湖北省优秀博士论文;主编的化学工业出版社出版的《发酵工程原理与技术应用》列为普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材;

7、2007年,主编的《发酵工程原理与技术应用》评为国家级精品教材;

8、2008年,负责的《发酵工程》评为国家精品课程,荣获华中科技大学教学名师称号;

9、2009年,荣获华中科技大学研究生评选“我最喜爱的导师”及华中科技大学“三育人奖”。
