个人简介

徐志祥，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，山东农业大学“1512工程”第三层次人员。兼任中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员、山东省食品学会副秘书长、美国食品科学技术学会会员、泰安市营养学会理事、泰安市食品安全事故应急处置专家。

讲授主要课程：

主要承担研究生《食品安全科学》及本科生《食品安全科学》、《食品安全科学概论》等课程的教学工作。

学术研究

科研方向：

1.食品中有毒有害残留物分析新型样品前处理技术；

2.食品安全高灵敏快速检测技术研究（色谱、毛细管电泳、免疫分析、流动注射化学发光、仿生传感器）；

3.食品加工过程中质量控制研究；

4.农药残留微生物降解研究。

1．主持国家及省部级项目：

(1)国家自然科学基金：亲水性分子印迹膜仿生免疫吸附检测食品中痕量丙烯酰胺；

(2)国家博士后特别资助：亲水性印迹膜仿生免疫吸附检测食品中痕量喹乙醇；

(3)国家博士后面上项目：基于亲水性分子印迹膜仿生识别检测痕量喹乙醇研究；

(4)山东省科技攻关：基于分子识别的优势出口农产品中喹乙醇痕量残留检测技术研究；

(5)山东省科技攻关：基于分子识别的农产品中有机磷农药痕量残留检测技术研究；

(6)山东省博士后创新基金项目：基于分子识别的农产品中有机磷农药前处理及新型检测技术研究。

2．研究成果：

先后在 《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》 (I区，top journal)、《Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Separation Science》等高水平刊物上发表论文50多篇，其中SCI、EI 收录 16 篇，ISTP 收录国际会议论文 1 篇，总影响因子超过 25 点，被他人引用多次。
