一、个人基本情况

男,博士。中国农业科学院作物科学研究所副研究员。1972年4月出生,1996年毕业于安徽农业大学,获学士学位;2004年毕业于中国科学院,获博士学位。2005年赴国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)访问学者。

主要从事玉米分子育种及应用基础研究。分析了涵盖中国玉米种质类型200份重要自交系的群体结构与遗传构成,为基于这些材料基因功能的关联性分析奠定了基础,并促进了这些材料的育种应用。完成了我国玉米主要自交系氮利用效率评价与鉴定,并对氮利用重要基因--细胞质型谷氨酰胺合成酶 (GS1)基因进行了关联性分析,发掘与鉴定了重要的功能单体型及优异基因资源,为玉米氮高效功能分子标记开发、分子育种与常规育种奠定了重要基础。当前主要研究方向为玉米氮利用效率关键基因、重要环境因子(土壤贫瘠、光照、温度、密度)等钝感关键候选基因功能分析、标记开发与分子育种应用研究。

“十一五”期间主持“国家自然科学基金”、科技部“863”、“转基因重大专项”重点项目与国际合作项目多项,参加科技部“973”项目等。
