主要研究领域

1、低温等离子体物理,包括低气压放电产生等离子体的机理、等离子体的输运特性、脉冲及射频等离子体鞘层特性、以及等离子体刻蚀工艺的机理等。

2、离子束及电磁波与物质相互作用,包括离子束及离子团在物质(固体材料、等离子体、纳米管)中的传输过程、能量损失、库仑爆炸及二次电子发射等;电磁波在微纳米结构体系(纳米管、光子晶体、低维量子电子气等)中的传播及非线性现象。

承担的课题:国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金及其他项目等。
