Saute in a frying pan 马铃薯去皮切片,用盐水洗过。Slice potato, sinse with salty water 马铃薯放烤盘中,再放羊扒於马铃薯上,最后将酥皮平铺在羊扒上,扫一层蛋汁。Place potato in a baking pan. Place lamb steak on top of potato, then cover with pastry, brush pastry with beaten egg. 放入已预热 400F 的烤箱中,烤 20 分钟,连马铃薯一起上桌。Put baking pan into preheated 400F oven and bake for 20 minutes |
