钱颖一

清华大学经济管理学院院长、教授生于北京,祖籍浙江。1981年清华大学数学专业本科(提前)毕业。毕业后留学美国,先后获哥伦比亚大学统计学硕士学位、耶鲁大学运筹学/管理科学硕士学位、哈佛大学经济学博士学位。1990年-1999年任斯坦福大学经济系助理教授,1999-2001年任马里兰大学经济学教授,2001年起任伯克利加州大学经济系教授。2006年10月起任清华大学经济管理学院院长。

研究领域包括比较经济学、制度经济学、转轨经济学、中国经济。在《美国经济评论》、《政治经济学期刊》、《经济学季刊》、《经济研究评论》、《经济研究》等国际国内学术期刊上发表论文多篇。

目前社会职务包括国务院医改专家咨询委员会委员、中国人民银行货币政策委员会委员、中国国际经济交流中心执行副理事长、世界经济学联合会(IEA)执行委员会委员、国际商学院联合会(AACSB)理事会理事、亚太商学院联合会(AAPBS)理事会理事、欧洲管理发展基金会(EFMD)EQUIS认证评审委员会委员。

2012年3月,国务院办公厅下发《关于调整中国人民银行货币政策委员会组成人员的通知》表示,经国务院领导同意,同意钱颖一担任货币政策委员会委员。

虽然中国的改革和转轨受到了一些关注,但对于许多经济学家来说,他们对中国的改革成功不能理解。抛开意识形态不论,中国的成功与已有理论的许多方面相违背。

结构的调整不仅是三方面比例的调整,背后一定有深层次的原因,需要深层次的改革,那就是要调整政府与居民,与企业,与市场的关系。这个任务不完成的话,结构调整是非常困难的。(证券时报网快讯中心)

钱颖一认为,中国加快经济结构调整,不仅表现在要解决投资过高、消费过低和经济增长过度依赖出口三方面的比例失衡问题,还需要推进深层次的改革。

要突破制度性的困难挑战和障碍,必须要有深层次的改革,要调整政府与居民、与企业、与市场的关系,这就需要进行深刻的财政改革,只有这样结构调整才能成功。
