出生于1984年11月21日，琳赛·霍恩是Jimmy Haun（录音艺术家和左手的吉他手）的女儿, 同时她是歌Rouvaun的孙女。她的母亲是编舞。

她在银屏的第一次露面是演唱插曲Anything But Love，她的第一部电影角色是在1995年的Village of the Damned中饰演Mara，一个冷酷无情的领导者。
