释义 | 廖晓昕我国著名控制与系统理论专家、动力系统稳定性理论领域最杰出的学者之一。廖晓昕教授1938年12月生于湖南新化。1963年毕业于武汉大学数学系,1993年-1994年在美国南加州大学从事高访研究。现为华中科技大学控制科学与工程系教授、博士生导师。他1988年获国家级有突出贡献专家称号,1989年获全国优秀教师奖,1998 年获宝钢优秀教师奖和华中理工大学优秀研究生指导教师奖,1993年起享受国务院政府特殊津贴。六次主持国家自然科学基金项目(其中一项为国际合作),两次获得国家教委博士点基金,两次获香港王宽成教育基金资助出国参加非线性分析世界大会,获湖北省自然科学基金和英国皇家学会资助各一次。先后赴美、英、法、日、瑞、意等国参加国际会议8次(多次作60分钟、45分钟、30分钟报告);在美、英、法、德、日、加、荷、俄及国内权威刊物IEEE Trans. on Automatic Control、IEEE Trans. on Circuit and System、Physical Review E.、Journal of Physics A.、International Journal of Control、International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos、《中国科学》、《自动化学报》、《电子学报》、《数学学报》等上发表论文160多篇,仅在《中国科学》上发表的论文就达19篇,其中SCI原文收录60余篇,引文索引收录100多篇,EI收录18篇,ISTP收录2篇(不完全统计)。获2002年湖北省自然科学一等奖一次(第一排序)并两次独得国家教委科技进步二等奖,一次与他人合获湖北省优秀教学成果二等奖,其主持的国家自然科学基金项目2003年被评为“特优”。他应荷兰Kluwer国际出版社和中国科学出版社的联合约稿,于1993年出版了英文专著《Absolute Stability of Nonlinear Control Systems》,该书系统地总结了作者对著名Lurie问题的研究,受到美、俄学者的好评。还出版了《稳定性的数学理论和应用》(获全国优秀图书奖)等中文专著。参与了《现代数学手册》巨型工具书的编写,任第一卷《经典数学》主编。该书五卷集体获全国优秀科技图书二等奖。指导了4名博士后,指导博士生17名,其中一名获湖北省优秀博士论文奖。目前主要研究方向为:动力系统稳定性理论,非线性与复杂系统的控制理论与应用,神经网络及智能控制。由于廖晓昕教授的杰出贡献,他作为正式候选人,参加了2003年中科院院士的增选。 主要著作: 发表文章 主要著作1 Absolute Stability of Nonlinear Control Systems(Kluwer,1993), Xiaoxin Liao. 2 Stability of Dynamical Systems(Elsevier,2007).
