廖飞，在中国多为人名。包括有贵州黔西南州委副书记、重庆医科大学教授等人。

廖飞，苗族，1972年10月生，四川绵阳人，1993年6月加入中国共产党，本科毕业于南京航空航天大学电气工程与自动化专业。1993年7月参加工作，浙江大学管理学院工商管理专业硕士研究生学历，高级工程师。历任贵航集团天义电器公司设计所技术员、副所长（副处级）、技术中心副主任、设计所所长（正处级），2002年2月任共青团贵州省委副书记、党组副书记（主持工作），2002年12月任共青团贵州省委书记、党组书记，2006年12月任黔西南州委副书记（正厅级）。2011年5月兼任兴仁县委书记。浙江大学2003届工商管理硕士（MBA）。2007年1月19日当选中国共产党黔西南布依族苗族自治州第五届委员会副书记。

2011年10月24日下午6点，中共兴仁县第十一届委员会第一次全体会议在县政协常委会议室召开，会议选举产生了廖飞为贵州省兴仁县委书记。

2011年12月30日下午，中共黔西南州第六届委员会在兴义举行第一次全体会议，廖飞当选为中共黔西南州第六届委员会副书记。

教授，男，生于1969年5月，四川省盐亭县人；1986年9月至1993年6月就读于兰州大学生物系，获理学学士（生物化学专业）和理学硕士（生物物理专业）学位；2003年9月至2004年1月，在中科院上海药物所“新药研究”国家重点实验室学习分子模拟与分子设计；2004年12月当选重庆市生物化学与分子生物学会理事；2005年6月晋升教授；2006年1月聘为生物制药与生物医用材料专业博士生导师；2006年9月获得“重庆市高校优秀中青年骨干教师”称号。
