两眼猪笼草生长于婆罗洲与苏门答腊（Sumatra）。

两眼猪笼草分布于海拔0~2200m的地区，所以既有低地两眼猪笼草也有高地两眼猪笼草。两眼猪笼草有很多的颜色，从绿色到暗红色都有。两眼猪笼草因为笼子内的两个类似眼睛的斑点而得名。

分类系统

纳奎友丁猪笼草 Nepenthes naquiyuddinii

J·H·亚当（J. H. Adam）和哈米德（Hafiza A. Hamid）在2006年发现了纳奎友丁猪笼草（N. naquiyuddinii）。纳奎友丁猪笼草生长在沙巴（Sabah）和婆罗洲的Keningau-Kimanis Road和Trus Madi山脚下，海拔1400~1425m的开阔次生植被中。亚当和哈米德认为“因为两眼猪笼草和纳奎友丁猪笼草存在许多形态上的差异，所以他们不能归为同一个物种，但两眼猪笼草和纳奎友丁猪笼草仍有着近缘关系。”但是另一些学者认为，两眼猪笼草和纳奎友丁猪笼草的差异太小了，不足以讲其分成两个种。此外，这些学者认为纳奎友丁猪笼草可能是暗色猪笼草（N. fusca）和两眼猪笼草的自然杂交种。
