人物介绍

东南大学物理系教授、博士生导师

于1981年、1986年和1994年分别在中国科学技术大学物理系、中国科大物理系和中国科大国家同步辐射实验室分别攻读学士、硕士和博士学位,分别研究非晶合金的结构驰豫和超导性质及比热、高温超导材料的掺杂和物性研究、及利用同步辐射研究超导材料的电子结构等课题。并曾分别在北京大学技术物理系、英国的Leeds大学做博士后,研究铁电材料在重离子辐照后其光折变响应速度的变化及其机理、新型非晶态磁性合金的性质及其电子结构,于2007年至2008年赴加拿大Saskatchewan大学做访问学者,开展X射线吸收、X射线发射以及非弹性X射线散射等研究。曾经在英国Daresbury和美国Advanced Light Source、加拿大Canadian Light Source等国际上的同步辐射实验室开展实验研究。本人与国内多家研究单位具有良好的合作关系,如中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室、中国科学院高能物理研究所北京同步辐射实验室、北京大学物理学院等;并与国际上一些单位有良好的合作关系,如英国的Leeds大学物理系、英国的Salford大学物理系、英国的Daresbury同步辐射实验室等,加拿大Saskatchen大学和加拿大Canadian Light Source等。多年来一直从事材料的物性、电子结构和微结构的研究工作,并依此分析掺杂或离子辐照使材料改性(光折变响应速度提高)的机理,曾分别研究高温超导和磁性多层膜的界面问题,同时还具有多年的同步辐射应用研究的经历。

目前利用同步辐射开展庞磁电阻氧化物的原子结构和电子结构的研究,并曾与南京大学蒋树声教授合作研究纳米介电薄膜;分别主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目多项;近年来已发表SCI论文三十余篇,并有多篇论文被他人引用。

主要研究技术:光电子能谱、俄歇电子能谱、X射线吸收、X射线磁性圆二色、热分析技术(DSC和DTA)及物性测试手段

主要研究对象:庞磁电阻氧化物、磁性薄膜、非晶态磁性合金、超导氧化物、稀释磁性半导体、铁电氧化物、多铁性氧化物等。
