Paragraph two introduces us the way for the company to make work more significant, for instance, design work and be rewarded appropriately, the third point is by changing attitudes and conditions in the workplace. The first sentence of paragraph three tell us the harm of repetitive and mindless tasks in the daily work, they will bring down employees’ motivation and productivity. Then the writer has done a [an]analysis towards the extent of work and illustrated success or achievement in reaching an accepted standard of competence [which]is an important factor in job satisfaction. in this paragraph, I have known [know]almost all the words except boredom, but I can guess its meaning because it must be the noun of boring. And I have [am]interested in the word “as” appears in the sentence “as in completely automated task”, here “as” is used to introduce an example or further instance of something in order to help explain a particular point or idea. It is a meaningful topic which attract [attracts]my attention because it has closed related to us when we work in the company in the future. |
