| 释义 | aging n. 老化, 成熟的过程v. 使变老 (1) The storage of porcelain enamel slips or powders before use. (2) The change occurring in porcelain enamel slips or powders with the lapse of time. (3) In heat treatment, a change in the properties of certain metals and alloys that occurs at ambient or moderately elevated temperatures after hot working or a heat treatment (quench aging in ferrous alloys, natural or artificial aging in ferrous and nonferrous alloys) or after cold working (strain aging). The change in properties is often, but not always, due to a phase change (precipitation ), but never involves a change in chemical composition of the metal or alloy. The separation of invoices, orders, inventory and production lots into time buckets based on due dates, receipt dates, expiration dates, or other factors. Used to focus attention on past due and most urgent items. |
