What is the most important is meaning in their work and balance in their lives. Freedom, happiness, art environmental health and human nature service are included. However, what edger it? How to measure? With the development of economic, today’s workers need more human rights, more sense of happiness as well as wellbeing. They egger to know they as individuals can make an impact. They want to own more spirit enjoyment in their spare time. Therefore, the current companies have to play up to the personal needs of their staffs. Actually, after read the paragraph seven, I just got information, why they offer this bind of possibility. It depends on employers. It is that almost person like the new things thing more than old one. It is true. If we repeated one thing again and again, we will feel boring. Thus we should expand our capabilities an workplace. Only it we got prepared can we seize the opportunities instead of letting them slip by, as the famous saying goes: “opportunities are only for the prepared minds.” |
