She always reminds us that we should change our attitudes towards studying. She told us that we should not waste our time and parents’ money, but we should put our time and energy into our studying. From time and time, we had a great of pressure from her, but we can not do anything only study because we knew all the time that she was right. From the first sentence, I got two words which are very unfamiliar, “authoritarian” and “dehumanizing”. Authoritarian is an adjective which meanings “demanding total obedience and refusing to allow people freedom to act as they wish”. And dehumanize is “to have from a person the special qualities of independent thought, feeling for other people, etc”. I think these two words are not welcomed all the time. And the workers are no longer willing to accept this kind of company. Like the phrase “balance in their lives”, I guess the workers will not spend all their time in the working but will have some in their families and spare time. Actually, like our study, we need an environment of studying which is easy and happy. If we have pressure that is over, we would have some problems in our mind even physical.
