| 释义 | 徐永胜(Yongsheng Xu)，美国乔治亚州立大学经济系终身教授，中央财经大学中国公共财政与政策研究院教授，西南财经大学海外客座教授。 徐永胜教授本科毕业于兰州大学获应用数学系，获学士学位（1985），于上世纪80年代入选“邹至庄经济学留学项目”赴美国土伦大学（Tulane University）深造，并于1992年获得经济学博士学位。他先后在美国，英国和日本多所大学（华盛顿大学（Washington University）, 土伦大学（Tulane University）,杜伦大学（University of Durham），一桥大学（Hitotsubashi University），诺丁汉大学（University of Nottingham）和乔治亚州立大学（Georgia State University））从事教学和研究工作，于2004年在乔治亚州立大学安德鲁杨政策研究院(Andrew Young School of Policy Studies)晋升为终身教授，成为该系由副教授晋升为正教授最快的教授。 徐永胜教授主要从事经济理论研究，其研究领域为微观经济理论，福利经济学，社会选择，应用博弈论，公共经济，信息与组织理论，贫穷与不公平理论等。其论文见诸于经济学国际一流学术期刊如：Economica, Journal of Economic Theory, Economic Theory 和 Social Choice and Welfare等，学术成果丰硕，是在经济学界尤其是社会选择领域有重要影响及学术贡献的华人经济学家之一。 学术任职： 《Social Choice and Welfare》杂志编委会成员 主要学术论文： 1.
