| 释义 | This is the first article I wrote for Unit 3. First let's talk about the Paragraph 1. I was scared when I read the first sentence because of two long words "authoritarian" and "dehumanizing". But when I read them for a second time, I found they were familiar. I tried to find them in the ALD dictionary and find the answer. The word "authoritarian" means everything is determined only by someone. The word "dehumanizing" means something which don't have any personality. It is easy to guess the meanings of the words from the root of the words " author" and "human". This paragraph talked9talks) about the workers now. They are not just working for money now. They have more requests to the company and organization(organizations) they are working for. And the business' today is much more different with the business' before. They are running for profit but not only profit. They also know the importance of the worker. Because human is the source of the profit. Human should be well treated in the company. In the third paragraph 3, the author talked about something about motivation and productivity. He want to tell us that low challenge doesn't means high performance. I agree with this idea. If I finish (finished)something which is pretty easy, it won't satisfy me very much. But if I finish (finished)something which is very difficult, I will have the feeling of satisfaction. |
