释义 | In Paragraph 5, the author talks about people are favorably biased towards attractive people, whether he or she is a child or adult. The author cites an example which is adults how to judge children. Two children have the same information, the unique different is one the more beautiful than the other. From the photo, the teachers judge the beautiful child is more intelligent and more likely to do well in school. I don’t agree with it. I think they shouldn’t have the bias. It is unfair to the unattractive child. The appearance is inborn. Teachers should know them deeply from other sides. In Paragraph 6, I can’t understand what the meaning of ‘attractive people have personalities like one’s own’ is. My classmate says ‘attractive people always are self-love’, I agree with him. They think they have good personalities. |
