So how to let the workers work in a kind environment is only too important. In the paragraph 7, there is some companies offers employees the possibility of trying a new job temporarily without losing their current position. If they like the work, they can request an official transfer. Even it is a good way to keep the employees' person, but it also it a big challenge for the companies' management, the companies could be in trouble if the position out of balance. |
