So I am ready to read it with my suppose. When it comes to paragraph 1 to 3, there are almost no new words puzzle me, I read it quickly. I guess the author of this article is a manager. In the first paragraph, the author tells us many things the employees want to do in their work. Turning to paragraph 2, the author tells us how to make work more meaningful in their work. When I read it, I quite agree with the author. To be a successful organization, managers should know what the workers care about and what is [are] the workers want. Today, most workers want meaning in their work and balance in their life. They expect to work an ethical company. So, company should try to design work, change attitudes and conditions to make workers more meaningful so that employees can take responsibilities, rewarded appropriately and take the work as their interests. If the company gives the workers a good environment, I believe the workers also will be [take] responsible for their work and company. |
