| 释义 | It was Sunday, October 22, 2006. I never study hard on Sunday. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime and play computer in my room or play outside until bedtime. I thought about its meanings for a long time, at last, its meanings gave by dictionary too. ‘disapproving demanding total obedience and refusing to allow people freedom to act as they wish; to remove from the special human qualities of independent thought, feeling for other people, etc. ’along with the steady growth in the country’s economy as well as the people’s living standard, the rhythm of people’s living is speeding up and a lot of changes have taken place in our daily life. As like as attitudes toward work, for example: workers want meaning in their work and balance in their lives and no longer willing to work in an authoritarian and dehumanizing environment. This point of views put forward by author. I agree with the point of view that meaning in work and balance in lives. As economy and society develop, a growing number of workers are pay attention to their working environment, so many of them deny uninteresting work because they believe it is harmful to their motivation and productivity. In my opinion, so as improve the work effective, you can do anything what you want to do. Few things have been told these days, are more important for a employers than establishing a better living environment and enriching the employees spiritual life. For example: giving a suitable challenge in the work was good to increase work effective and good for their attitudes toward work, it cannot only gain for the employees, but also enhance the company reputation. |
