Nowadays,the competitions of enterprises have already permeated through the aspect of culture,the corporate culture becomes a source of the competition advantage .Though corporate culture can't produce the direct economic benefits, a key factor of sound development that enterprises could be thriving and prosperous. But what is corporate culture? In simple terms, organisational culture is "the way things work around here". Culture can perhaps best be understood as overlapping webs or patterns of widely shared and deeply felt values and assumptions that are shared across an organisation, which drive behaviours and performance levels. In general terms, corporate culture is the look, the feel, the atmosphere of the organisation and the people within it. It is based on people perceptions and assumptions of how things get done within that particular organisation. A company culture is greatly influenced by the management team within the organisation as they set the policies and practices for the organisation. However, all employees within an organisation contribute to an organisation culture. |
