“Novéli”是法语单词，原意是崇尚实力。汉语名蓝威龙，既是音译也是意译。龙是万物之尊，是中国人的图腾。龙神常用以形容一个人具有纵横驰骋的万丈气势，汉语有"神龙见首不见尾"之说，说明了龙有不拘于戒律束缚，自由奔腾、豪迈洒脱的不俗气质。"威"在汉语中是强权的表现。因此“Novéli”蓝威龙，无论其母语还是中文译名，都有强盛、奔放之意。

历程

蓝威龙（Noveli）于1907年诞生于英国，最初被指定为英国宫廷贵族制作服饰。随后经过发展，Noveli以男士骑车的标志发展为自身注册商标。蓝威龙人经过近百年的努力，已发展成为集商标代理、投资管理、进出口贸易、服装、皮具等为一体的综合性集团企业。其下设的子公司遍布中国香港、英国、泰国、越南、马来西亚及中国内地的北京、广州、杭州、福州等地。近年来公司更整合多年品牌经营管理之道，开始向专业型知识产权机构发展。

公司现有30余名各类专业人才，其中专业商标代理人10名，专业律师15名，专利代理人5名，多名代理人拥有国外知识产权法律及相关法律学位，具有扎实的专业知识和良好的外语沟通能力。

现有员工均为本科以上学历，其中硕士学历者达到80%以上，更有50%以上都是各校的MBA毕业。这些在大中型企业从事于知识产权相关工作的实战派，在学术上有所作为的学院派和在专业上有突出业绩的咨询派构成的人员团队，相互补充，相互配合，形成了最专业的工作团队。

Noveli ,founded in Britain in 1907, was originally appointed to make clothing for the nobles in palace. And then with its development, Noveli use the symbol of man's riding as their own registered trademark. By nearly a hundred year's effort, Noveli has grown up as an all-around group corporation combined with trademark agent、investment administration、import and export trade、clothing、leather products and so on. Its subsidiary companies can be found in Hongkong of China、England、Thailand、Malaysia and major China cities like Beijing 、Guangzhou、Hangzhou、Fuzhou.etc. In recent years, the corporation has been adjusting and integrating the methods of brand management , and starts to develop into a professional intellectual property institution.

The corporation now has more than 30 persons with professional skills of all kinds, including 10 trademark agents, 15 professional lawyers and 5 patent agents. Among those, most agents, granted foreign intellectual property judicial degree and other related judicial degrees, have good specialized knowledge and excellent communicational ability in foreign language.

The staff of the corporation are all college graduates or above, including masters above 80%. 50% workers are graduated with MBA degree from key universities.
