主要成分:

葡萄籽萃取物

葡萄籽萃取物是从红葡萄的籽(而非白葡萄)萃取的精华,包含了大量原花色素(OPCs)。葡萄籽富含多酚类复合物,对人体有许多益处。

红酒萃取物

问:食用OPC-3R安全吗?

答:是的!原花色素是人类健康饮食中最宝贵的成分之一。欧洲人研究并使用原花色素已逾三十年之久。OPC-3含有纯净的原花色素,加上谨慎调配的钾及少量糖分,组成了等渗透系统。OPC-3不含有害的化学物质、防腐剂及酒精。请依照指示饮用。

问:食用美安OPC-3时,可以以汽水、果汁或咖啡等饮料来代替水吗?

答:可以,但我们并不建议这样饮用。产品应该依照指示食用。为了保持产品的等渗透状态,每瓶盖OPC-3请搭配60毫升的水空腹饮用。如果以其它饮料来混和食用,会减缓传送速度,并可能影响吸收率。

问:如何食用OPC-3?

答:每瓶盖的美安OPC-3等渗溶液含有125毫克的生物类黄酮,其中有75毫克是原花色素。美安OPC-3有美味的葡萄香味,即溶于水,且为全素产品。建议空腹食用,使活性成分能更有效传输。OPC-3是天然营养补充品,应该持续食用。

问:原花色素(OPCs)的历史渊源为何?

答:1534年,法国探险家杰克.卡迪耶 (Jacques Cartier)在圣罗伦斯河率领远征队执行任务。由于天气恶劣,卡迪耶和队员必须靠着配给的咸肉和饼干维持生存。卡迪耶的队员因为严重缺乏维生素C,所 以开始出现坏血病症状。许多队员因此去世,随后存活的队员遇到一位友善的印第安原住民。他告知队员使用松树皮和松针煮茶饮用。他们如法炮制,结果卡迪耶和 许多队员因此恢复健康。

大约四百年后,法国波尔多大学的杰克.马斯魁勒教授(Prof. Jacques Masquelier)拜读卡迪耶所细载的远征记。他归结松树皮不仅含有维生素C,而且也是效果类似维生素C的生物类黄酮极佳的来源。深入的研究更显示松 树皮中含有多种原花色素聚合物。它们也存在于许多其他植物当中,其中包括葡萄籽、蔓越莓、花生皮、柠檬树皮和柑橘皮。马斯魁勒将松树皮的活性成分取名为碧 萝芷R (PycnogenolR),也就是今日科学界所讲的原花色素(oligomeric proanthocyanidins complexes)或是OPC

服用方法:

前期量(loading dose):

开始 7-10 天,以每 1 磅体重服用 1 毫克(mg)为准,每一小白瓶盖是 75 毫克(mg)。例如,若您的体重是 150 磅(约等于70 公斤),则每日需服用两瓶盖。如果身体状况没有好转,可延长前期量服用时间。

常规量(maintenance dose):

前期量服用期过后,如果身体状态感觉良好,可将服用量减半(但至少服用一盖)。

每日早上空腹服用。每一小白瓶盖量需要加冷水(高温会减低 OPC 的功能)倒至透明白量杯的横线记号调匀服用,五分钟后再进食。若您每日需服用两瓶盖,加满红瓶盖的水调匀服用,等 10 分钟后再进食。超过两瓶盖的服用量应按比例增加水和等待进食的时间。如果超过四瓶盖,最好分两次服用 (早晚各服用一次)。OPC-3 可与其它等渗营养品一起服用。细节请参阅 等渗营养品服用方法。

以上的剂量只适用于健康体质的人。如果您年纪超过 60岁、或生活紧张工作压力大、或长期患有各种病痛及慢性疾病(例如:花粉过敏、血管硬化、心脏病、糖尿病、关节疼痛、哮喘等),则应按情况增加用量 (前期量和常规量均要加大)。如果您患有癌症,尤其是做过化疗后,更有必要加大剂量(建议 2 倍或 3 倍用量),并同时服用等渗 B-12 配方和大量饮用芦荟汁,这会帮助您恢复体力和减轻癌症和化疗引起的痛苦。但是,在化疗前后 4-5 天内请停止服用 OPC,以保证化疗的效果。 如果您开始感觉有感冒病症,也可加倍服用,并同时服用芦荟汁,这会帮助您减轻感冒症状和缩短恢复时间。

OPC-3 是天然保健营养品,不是药,需要持续服用,才会达到保健功效。各人对 OPC-3 的反应和产生的效应会有不同,一些人马上见效,而另一些人需要服用一年才会见效。一般来说,您至少需要服用三个月。有些人服用 OPC-3 后会出现整健好转反应,如头晕,皮肤痒等等,这表示您的身体在排除毒素,仍请放心服用,过一、两个星期后这些症状会慢慢消失。

注:35岁以上者,欲增强效果请加上抗氧化长青素 (0xygen Extreme)。
