释义 | 个人简历黄轶群,博士,上海海洋大学食品学院教授,博士生导师。毕业于美国华盛顿州立大学食品系,获博士学位;曾先后在美国华盛顿州立大学生物系统工程系从事博士后工作, 纽约城市大学皇后学院任助理教授,从事食品科学与营养的教学与研究工作。主要研究领域:食品快速、无损检测,食品的溯源性,油炸食品及食用油的安全性,淡水鱼明胶的提取及应用,食品和食品原料的物化特性,健康产品的开发。近年来,先后在国外重要期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,参与出版专著1部,为10多个国外重要期刊审阅稿。 履历2004-2008年,纽约城市大学,从事食品科学与营养的教学与研究工作; 2009年至今,上海海洋大学食品学院工作。 获2009年上海市人才发展资金,入选2009年上海市浦江人才计划, 和2009年上海市“东方学者”特聘教授。 教学目前承担的本科生及研究生课程情况: 食品化学 本科生 专业英语 本科生 高级食品化学 研究生 承担科研项目情况:1. 基于表面增强拉曼技术的食品安全快速检测研究,上海市科委,2009-2012, 主持。 2. 上海高校示范性全英语教学课程建设,《食品化学》,上海市教委,2009-2012,主持。 3. 表面增强拉曼技术应用于水产品中微量危害化学物质快速检测的研究,上海市浦江人才计划,2009-2011,主持。 4. 2010上海世博会食品安全保障体系的研究,上海市白玉兰基金, 2009-2010,主持。 发表论文情况:(1) Huang Y, Rasco BA, Cavinato AG. 2008.Fruit Juices.
