环氧树脂撒砂止滑地坪采用的是进口的环氧树脂及固化剂再添加适量的填料配制而成，可通过选择不同性能的填料来满足场合对地面防滑性的要求。

Product introduction:

Epoxy spray sand anti-slip floor adopts non-solvent epoxy resin by adding stuffing of proper amount. Stuffing of different performances is available according to the anti-slip requirements of different situations.

施工工艺 ：

·原地面处理：对所施工地面进行全面打磨、修补、除尘

·底涂层：将底涂材料用滚筒滚涂或镘刀刮涂

·中涂层：待底漆固化，打磨、除尘后用镘刀刮涂调配好的中层材料

·撒砂：将砂子撒布混匀，无累积砂

·面涂层：将面涂材料滚涂于中涂之上

Construction Techniques:

·Original ground treatment: Abrade, repair the floor to be constructed and get rid of the dust on it.

·Prime coat: Scrape and paint the prime materials on the floor with a roller or a trowel.

·Intermediate Coat: After the putty is dry, abrasion and dust removal, slowly adjust the intermediate materials with trowel.

·Spread sand smooth.

·Finishing Coat: Abrade the intermediate coat and remove the dust on it, and then coat the intermediate coat with finishing coat materials.

养护：

1.地坪施工完毕后需养护7-10天后方可投入使用，在养护期间，应避免水或其它溶液侵润表面

2.凡进入车间员工必须要换成焦底鞋

3.凡是硬件：不能在上面弄

4.拖拉板需充分将托板升离地面，转弯时请特别注意机板角切勿刮伤地面

5.清洁地面时请用软质吸水性好的拖把或干湿两用吸尘器，可用清水或清洁剂清洗

6.若因使用时间较长而造成磨损或刮花、小面积可进行局部修补，若面积较大则建议重新滚涂一次

7.设备进厂前，在地坪上铺上硬纸箱垫底，以免在运输设备过程中刮伤地面

8.推车，板车之车轮请用硬质或弹性胶轮
