2008年8月至2010年2月，日本，京都大学，生物信息学中心，Minoru Kanehisa教授，产官学提携研究员。

2010年3月起，武汉大学，药学院，副教授。

业绩概要:

一直从事生物信息学和系统生物学在药物开发中的应用研究，参与了中国、德国、美国以及日本等国多个横向和纵向的交叉学科科研项目的科学研究和商业软件开发。在国内外知名刊物上发表科学论文20多篇，其中10多篇在国际性刊物上发表，被科学引文索引（SCI）收录10多篇。多次受邀作为国际刊物《Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling》和《Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems》的审稿人。
