简介

博士,女,中国药科大学教授,中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院教授,博士生导师。国际光学工程协会(SPIE)会员、美国光学学会(OSA)会员,中国光学学会高级会员,江苏省计量测试学会理事,江苏省生物医学工程生物光子学会理事。2005年江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。多种国际杂志的特约审稿人,现任中国药科大学国际交流与合作处处长。

主要研究经历

顾月清教授1997年于南京航空航天大学测试计量技术及仪器专业获工学博士学位,主要研究光纤传感器实现体内药物的微创实时监测。1999底赴美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)医学院从事博士后研究,主要从事近红外分子探针在活体动物内的分布研究。2002年转至美国德州大学(University of Texas)进行近红外光谱及成像以监测各种临床治疗的研究。期间作为课题负责人分别获得美国国防部博士后基金及新研究者基金的资助,于2003年被聘为该校生物医学工程系的研究助理教授。2004年底于中国药科大学建立生物医学工程学研究室,主要是将各种光谱及成像技术应用于药物研发的各环节中,已获得多项国家自然科学基金的资助。

目前研究方向

1) 设计荧光探针及光学检测系统,实现大分子药物体内动力学过程的无损在位实时监测;

2) 设计并合成各种肿瘤特异性标志物的靶向分子探针,以实现肿瘤的早期分子诊断;

3) 设计并合成各种高分子纳米药物载体,以实现肿瘤的主动/被动靶向治疗;

4) 从基因水平设计特异性DNA序列探针,以研究肿瘤的生长、转移机制;

5) 利用病毒载体实现疾病的早期诊断及治疗。
