段纯刚,1972年9月生,华东师范大学教授,博士生导师,极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室副主任,2011年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。

个人简历

1994年武汉大学物理系本科毕业,1998年中科院物理所理论物理博士毕业。1998年至2007年分别在美国内布拉斯加州奥马哈和林肯大学任研究助理博士后和研究助理教授,2007年同济大学物理系教授,2008年作为紫江特聘教授调入华东师范大学信息学院工作,任实验室副主任。2008年上海市浦江人才,2008年上海市曙光学者,2009年教育部“新世纪优秀人才”,2009年教育部创新团队“极化类信息功能材料”学术带头人,2010年入选“上海领军人才”计划,2011年获得国家杰出青年科学基金。

在Nano Lett.,Phys. Rev. Lett.,Chem. Mater.,Appl. Phys. Lett,Europhys. Lett.,Phys. Rev. B等国际著名学术刊物上共发表学术论文五十余篇,其中包括一篇J. Phys.: Cond. Matt.特邀综述,两篇Nano Lett.,四篇Phys.Rev.Lett. 。SCI引用逾一千一百次,其中他引九百余次,引用刊物包括Nature、Science等,第一作者单篇最高引用一百三十余次,SCI论文H因子21。

现为Nano Lett.,Phys. Rev. Lett.等刊物的审稿人,第4届国际“智能材料、结构和体系(Smart Materials‚ Structures and Systems)”大会多铁体分会(2012年)国际顾问委员会(International Advisory Board)成员。

1 多铁体‚磁电体‚铁电体‚铁磁体‚自旋电子学材料等信息功能材料 2 纳米结构: 超薄膜‚表面界面‚纳米管等 3 磁性和铁电材料隧道结的自旋输运 4 分子动力学和蒙特卡罗模拟

主要学术成果

1.国际上最早指出铁电性存在的临界尺寸和铁电/电极的界面结构有很大关系,界面的极化和弛豫对铁电超薄膜的电极化影响重大;

2.预言了一种新型磁电效应机制,即铁电铁磁界面引起的磁电效应,并在此基础上提出了一种电场控制的磁极化反转方式;3.发表综述文章,细致讨论了稀土类强关联体系和自旋电子学材料之间的联系,指出稀土化合物GdN在应力作用下可能存在从半金属到半导体的相变;

4.参与完成了铁电材料隧道结的电子输运性质计算。
