2004年毕业于浙江大学遗传学专业,获得博士学位。

2004-2007年中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所李家洋院士实验室从事博士后研究。

2007年至2011年美国佐治亚大学博士后。

2011年2月杭州师范大学“钱江高级人才”。

长期以来主要从事于水稻和拟南芥重要性状基因的克隆和功能研究,先后在《The Plant Cell》、《PNAS》、《Nature》、《Nat Struct &Mol Biol》等刊物上发表论文数篇。

主持国家自然科学基金一项;

获得吉林省科技进步二等奖两次。

在李家洋院士和钱前研究员实验室学习工作期间,通过分离水稻分类重要基因Phr1,首次发现Phr1基因在中国北方粳稻种子颜色的驯化过程中发挥重要作用。通过分离拟南芥主要的H3K4me3甲基转移酶SDG2,发现H3K4me3定位于高表达基因且具有促进基因表达的功能。H3K4me3缺失突变体的分离将为深入理解组蛋白甲基化修饰调控基因表达的分子机理提供材料平台。通过对组蛋白乙酰化的分布特性进行的研究,发现H4K5ac和H4K8ac等在DNA复制起始位点处有较高的富集程度,推测组蛋白乙酰化在DNA复制的过程中发挥作用。
